Q: Is prayer also meditation?

A: Acts such as prayer are independent of thoughts, except for the correction of the inner self. A Kabbalistic prayer is a calculated and precise contact between a person and Superior Spiritual Degrees (the Creator). The prayer is a series of corrections that is conducted by a spiritual coupling between the screen of a person and the Light that stems from Superior Degrees.
