One wants to be a musician,
Another, an engineer,
And a third dreams of being an electrician.
It is good that this is so.
As an educator,
I must build them into human beings
According to their abilities,
According to their qualities,
Which are preinstalled by Nature.
Put differently,
Instead of going against the Creator
Who created all those tendencies in children,
All those predilections,
I must help build them
As close as I can to their nature.
