In a family, everyone is equal. No one is superior and no one is inferior.
A family is a place where everyone is in mutual love, and love can only be among equals.
“Equality” means that each family member has an opportunity to express an opinion. In response, everyone listens and consults with each other about it, and together all decide what is right for each member of the family depending on his or her age and situation.
When children regularly participate in such sessions, they calm down, knowing what goes to which person. They see that the family is working like a finely tuned, integral system.
