Israel and Gentile, Kind of Israel and King of the Gentiles
What is the spiritual meaning of the concepts, "Israel," "gentile," "King of Israel" and "King of the gentiles"?
As long as we haven't arrived at correction, in each one of us there are states called, "gentile" and "Israel." Those who yearn to be straight to the Creator are called "Israel" and those who don't yearn for this or yearn for the opposite of this are called "nations of the world" or "gentile."
The names "King of Israel" and "King of the gentiles" are the two names of the Creator, pointing to the state that the person is in since in each one of them the Creator controls. If a person is in a state of "Straight to the Creator" and he feels that the Creator controls him in all that he does, then in this state the Creator is called "King of Israel." And if he isn't in this, but is stuck within himself, within his desire to receive, then in this state the Creator is called "King of the gentiles." This is so since he controls the person without his knowing and without his agreement.
