What Does Everyone Want?     

How do we approach a person who has no point in the heart? 

When we approach someone who doesn't have a point in the heart, we much talk to his deficiency. What does everyone want? To succeed, to gain, to raise successful children in a happy family, to be healthy, secure and happy, etc. We need to give an answer to these problems, to give fulfillment to these deficiencies. We need to clothe our system on these problems and give a solution, and then they will be able to listen to us. If we don't have a solution, it's better to keep silent.

Israel 

What  is Israel in spirituality?

Israel is not a nation. It doesn't have a root between the seventy nations of the world. From the same seventy nations that existed in Babylonia, those that had a point in the heart detached themselves and by this spark, the point in the heart, they joined together. The moment that the point in the heart burns and joins them together, they exist on a spiritual level. These points which connected together into one soul are called Israel. The moment that this soul broke and the vessel disappeared, they were left with their regular desires, the desires of the seventy nations which didn't have any connection. The only thing that can connect between them is the hatred from the seventy nations and then as a result of the pressure and from the problems, they collect together and the moment there is no pressure, they disperse as far as possible. 

When will we be a nation again? Only if we connect according to the same message that according to Avraham will establish a nation, which is "love the other as you love yourself," not for one's needs but for the need for existence of the world. Now we are in a situation of the last redemption, the last correction which needs to come to the entire world and that is what Baal HaSulam wrote in his article Matan (the giving of) Torah and Arvut (mutual guarantee). He wrote that we must be connected so that through us the world will be corrected. When Israel wants to correct itself and raises MAN (Mayin Nukvin, female waters) for this world, then it receives the Upper Light that Reforms, and this Upper Light bestows through this form that is called Israel. And then it receives the correct form of connection, because the Upper Light spreads and when it goes through Israel to the other nations of the world, it receives the form that is called Messiah which corrects all this desire to receive that is called the nations of the world.  

If we function according to what is written here, then we are called Israel and if not then we receive blows and troubles from the Upper Light and also from the nations of the world. We are in the middle and then we either perform the suitable role that is called to be the Kingdom of priests and a holy nation or we will become the worse of them all and those who suffer more than anyone, both from the Creator directly and also indirectly through others. The Light must find a Kli (vessel) for Itself.
