What is the meaning of "since from Zion comes the Torah" and what is "practical Kabbalah"?

"Zion" is the new desire that is discovered in exiting the state of ascension.  After ascent always comes descent and this is needed for the next ascent since it is impossible to ascend without revealing and correcting new evil.

Thus, when a person falls he needs to understand that these falls are for his benefit since they are the revelation of the next degree which he must first of all discover as darkness since his reshimo (reminiscence) is not yet in use. And then, the person needs to build the correct relation to it, i.e., to build in advance the correct environment with whose help he can reach the correct approach to the darkness that he discovers. When he does this he reaches "Jerusalem"-complete awe, bestowal; he then attains the Light, the fulfillment, and the "Torah."

When these things are actively revealed, when we learn how to prepare ourselves, and when we relate correctly to the waves of ascents and descent (how we should operate in these situations), this is called "practical Kabbalah."

The World Kli

The Simulator is our means of creating the world Kli. Are you a part of us?

The individual elevation of each and every one of us after the congress depends on the World Kli. We need to understand that this is why we are building the Simulator. And, we want the general participation of all of us, as follows: each moment and in all places to be connected together in mutual work with intention, questions, and similar thoughts.

This means to be together all the time. It is impossible to lock oneself up at home or in a group in a small town. Being together is really possible with the help of using the Simulator in an active way. In this way we will be able to build, with its help, our mutual Kli. The participation in the Simulator is what's important. It doesn't matter who writes the questions or who is the most clever.

I am lower than the system because through it I receive the Upper Force, and I participate in the Simulator in order to receive the force of the group. I need to enter the system actually with anxiousness to receive strength through the simple actions. Everything depends on my intention. If I want to receive strength from the Simulator, then I feel that I am within a mighty Kli. If not, then no.
