One Helps the Other
Only through our
united desire can we turn to the Creator
I can't turn to the Creator on my own.
I can locate the Creator in the place of the breakage, and the place of the breakage
is in the one desire that was created. Only through that same yearning to be
one with Him, will we be able to turn to him.
"One helps the other." One can be rich, wise,
talented, etc. If you don't have a
friend that together with him you can discover the place of the breakage, to
correct it and reveal the Creator, then you won't attain anything.

Time of Preparation
What is "the
time of preparation" on the spiritual path?
"The
time of preparation" is called the time that is required for a person to reach
the state where he is ready to correct the broken connection between the
souls. It takes a good number of years
from the moment the person arrives at the wisdom of Kabbalah until he starts to
listen to what he needs to achieve. Time
is required, perseverance, and the influence of the light as a result of the
efforts that he must make. It is written, "All that you can by your own efforts
and hands, do." And then he begins to
"listen." He begins to receive an inner response to all that he hears and
reads.
This means that during the preparation we are actually
building from our desire different kinds of connections, inner patterns that,
as if, will respond toward the Light, toward all kinds of spiritual
phenomena. This takes time until the
person prepares inside several discernments that consequently bring him to
"listen."
